Protasco Berhad is a constituent of the FTSE4Good Bursa Malaysia Index with a 3-star rating. Its ESG score improved to 2.9 in the December 2025 review, from 2.5 previously.
Six Protasco operating companies hold ISO or MS ISO/IEC certifications. HCM Engineering holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 37001. Roadcare (M), Ikram Engineering Services and Protasco Trading hold ISO 9001. Ikram Paves holds ISO 9001 together with MS ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory accreditation, and Ikram QA Services is accredited to MS ISO/IEC 17065 and MS ISO/IEC 17025 for product certification and laboratory testing.
G7 is the highest contractor registration grade issued by Malaysia's Construction Industry Development Board and carries no tender value limit. HCM Engineering, the group's construction arm, is registered G7 for building, mechanical and electrical, and civil and infrastructure works. Ikram Engineering Services is registered G3.
The group register lists awards across property, hospitality, maintenance and construction, including Best Harmonious Development for Rimbawan Residency at the ASEAN Property Awards 2022, a Gold Award in the Business Hotel category for Park Inn by Radisson Putrajaya in 2022, and the Anugerah Kontraktor Cemerlang 2015 from Persatuan Kontraktor Melayu Malaysia for Roadcare.
