One partner for the whole road lifecycle
Protasco's flagship division cares for more than 16,000 km of federal and state roads across Selangor, Pahang, Kelantan, Terengganu, Perak and Sarawak. Routine upkeep, periodic rehabilitation and 24/7 emergency response run under long-term government contracts extending to 2029, so every kilometre has a team accountable for it.
The work is delivered by dedicated operating companies, from Roadcare (M) Sdn Bhd on the federal network to Empayar Indera Sdn Bhd in Perak and DAL HCM Sdn Bhd across Sarawak. Maintenance is the group's largest business, contributing about three quarters of revenue in FY2025. Around it sit the group's other road businesses: construction, engineering and testing, and materials supply, so one group covers the whole life of a road.
