How do I apply for a job at Protasco?
All applications go through our careers portal at careers.protasco.com.my. Create an account, fill in your profile, upload your CV and supporting documents, and submit. The same portal serves every company in the group, so one profile covers you for any Protasco role.
Do I need to write a cover letter?
No. Instead of a cover letter, the application asks for a short pitch of up to 500 characters. Tell us in your own words why this role, and why you. It takes a few minutes, and it is the first thing we read.
What happens after I submit my application?
Applications are reviewed against the role's requirements by the hiring division, which shortlists candidates. If you are shortlisted, you will be invited to choose interview times that suit you, directly in the portal. Your details stay within the Protasco group and are used for recruitment only.
Can I apply for more than one role?
Yes. Your portal profile can carry multiple applications, and applying to one role never blocks you from another. If two roles fit you, apply to both and mention it in your pitch.
Does Protasco offer internships or roles for fresh graduates?
Yes. Divisions across the group take interns and fresh graduates, from engineering and construction to finance and hospitality. Openings appear on the careers portal alongside experienced roles. If nothing fits today, write to us through our contact page.
What benefits and growth does Protasco offer?
