Protasco Development leads the group's property business. It developed the De Centrum City, a 100-acre freehold township in South Kuala Lumpur around retail, residences, the KLUST university campus and Malaysia's first Park Inn by Radisson hotel.
Beyond that, Protasco Development is delivering the 137-acre Jade Hill township in Tampin, Negeri Sembilan. It is also growing its affordable-housing portfolio through PPAM Saderi and PPAM Larai to Residensi Madani Melur, 654 homes completing in 2028, in Putrajaya.
