The Quantity Surveying International Convention (QSIC) 2024 was held on 22 and 23 January 2024 at Level 2, World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur. Roadcare (M) Sdn Bhd took part as the main sponsor of the event, described on its own record of the convention as "penaja utama", and was invited to exhibit on the floor.
QSIC is an annual event for the quantity surveying profession in the construction industry, and it draws participants from Malaysia and abroad. The convention was officiated by the Minister of Works, YB Dato Sri Alexander Nanta Linggi.
Quantity surveying sits close to the daily business of a road maintenance concession: measurement, valuation, certification and cost control across a federal road network. Sponsoring the convention put Roadcare in the room with the professionals who price and verify that work.
